1.  General Terms of Use

You must be 18 or over to view the content or purchase goods on this website. By using the services of this website you acknowledge and guarantee that you have reached the age of 18 and that you are providing true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.

Molino-Glass.com reserves the right to remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of this website without prior notice or liability.

You shall comply with all applicable national and international laws, statutes and regulations regarding your use of this website and its sources.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of the username and password you use to access the Molino-Glass.com website.

2. Refunds
All purchases are non-exchangeable, non refundable and non-transferable.

3. Returns
Only new, factory sealed and unused products can be returned within 7 days after receipt.
Molino-Glass.com must be notified before you return the goods. Please ask for the delivery address.
Returns are in the responsibility of the customer until they reach Molino-Glass.com. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Once Molino-Glass.com receives the returned product in good condition the refund will be arranged by bank transfer or money order within 5 working days.
Bank fees or transaction fees will be deducted.

4. Damages
Damaged products must be reported to Molino-Glass.com within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. Photo or Video evidence is requested.

5. Loss During Transportation
Molino-Glass.com carries the transportation risk. Confiscated goods by customs will not be replaced or refunded by Molino-Glass.com

6. Warranty
Complaints will only be handled if returned to Molino-Glass.com within 7 days after receipt of the products. After this period has expired, the delivered products
are deemed to have been found satisfactory and the delivery has been unconditionally accepted. If Molino-Glass.com is of the opinion that a complaint is justified, it is obliged only to deliver replacement products as soon as possible without you being entitled to compensation for any damages. Return, repair and/or replacement will be covered by Molino-Glass.com under the condition that the defect has not been caused by any incorrect, improper, careless or incompetent use or by modification of the products.

7. Liability
Molino-Glass.com is only liable for direct damages caused by the delivery of defective products up to the purchasing price of the products. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
